I'm Liz, the face behind enCourageCo. I am the owner and creative while, Alessandra keeps us all in line with her incredible management skills. If we haven’t already, we hope to get the pleasure of working together.
I'm a lover of all things design + paper + encouraging others. I am a full-time mom, and full-time small business owner, and I am constantly figuring out the balance of these roles.
My love for design and gift of encouragement inspired me to start this business. Everything I create, whether it be freelance design or an uplifting good in my shop, is hand lettered or illustrated and designed with intentionality.
